I’m trying to do well at consistently blogging lately. I did a bunch of those wedding series posts, a few food/recipe ones, and now I’m getting to some outfits/fashion posts. I still have tons more posts planned for the next few months, so don’t forget to follow me. I am also trying to change a few things here and there on my blog. I added category tabs above, so in case you want to see just a certain topic you can click on those. I have a few other things I plan on doing as well, including a new header picture and an about me/the blog page. Any other suggestions on how to better this blog?? I’m writing this post on summer outfits in the middle of a giant blizzard…ha! I really am going to try to get up to date with my posts, but it’s going to take a or of work and some time. Keep checking back for new posts! Follow the blog on the right through email or Google + or whatever you choose.
1. Peplum & Polka-Dots!
This was a casual and cute outfit. The skirt is something I could wear more formally to work, but the tank top, flip flops, and tie the polka dot blouse make it more casual.

2. Basic Black Maxi Dress Again
I wore this a bunch of times (maybe 5-6…which is a crazy amount for me to wear a dress in one season) this past summer. It’s very comfy and easy to just throw on and add accessories to make sure you’re not wearing the same exact outfit each time.

5. All that Glitters…is Gold!
I hardly ever wore shorts outside my house when I was heavier. They’re still not my favorite thing to wear, but I did wear a few pairs this past summer. I like the way these cute black ones with gold details look on me. Hopefully, as I’m losing more weight I’ll be more comfortable wearing shorts more often in the summer.
