Ciao sweeties!,
Yesterday, I posted a sexy Valentine’s Day makeup tutorial, and now, I thought I’d post another more fun and cutesy one. I love having the cute little heart under my eye. It’d be cute in pink or red too, using a lip liner…hmm, maybe Ill try that too. So, here are instructions, what I used, and of course, lots of pictures, as always.
Here are the brushes and the makeup I used:
I circled in red the two colors I used from this palette.
1.) Face: Apply your favorite foundation and concealer (under eyes, etc.). Apply bronzer lightly to the hollows of your cheeks and a little on your forehead, chin, (make and E and a 3 on each side of your face) and down your neck and jawline.
2.) Cheeks: Apply a peachy color to the apples of your cheeks and blend up towards your temples. Apply a shimmery highlighter to the tops of your cheeks.
3.) Eyes: First, use an eye shadow primer all over your eye area. Next, fill in your brows if you like to do so. Apply a light pink shimmery color (I used MAC’s pigment in Helium) to the inner corners, and inner half of your eyelid and underneath the eye 1/3 of the way. Take a medium pink color and apply it to your crease and outer corner, blending into the lighter color with a fluffy brush. Next, use a deep reddish color and apply it to outer corner of the eyes with a fluffy brush and bland together. Use a shimmery white color along the brow bone and to blend the outer edges of the colors. Apply black pencil eyeliner along your waterline, top and bottom. Use a pencil or liquid (I used liquid liner) black eyeliner to draw a small and adorable heart on the outer corner of one of your eyes. Lastly, apply 2-3 coats of mascara.
4.) Lips: Apply a shiny cherry red lip gloss.
5.) Apply face powder all over your face, sweeping under the eyes to clear away any eye shadow fallout.
